Establishing a career in movement and bodywork before having babies prepared me for pregnancy and birth in many beautiful ways, but there was still much to learn (and unlearn). I’m grateful for the expertise and support I sought out and benefited from during my personal journey (5 homebirths!). Connecting my personal experiences, the challenges of friends and clients, and all the continued education within yoga, mindfulness, and health coaching allows me to provide a uniquely individualized and holistic approach to prenatal wellness and birth preparation. I love to empower and guide others…to truly help stack the cards in their favor so they too can create the outcomes they desire.
