Hi! I’m Etty Wilhelm, an RYC® Teacher and Certified BRM® Pro who is passionate about helping others prepare for their pregnancy, birth, and beyond. After greatly benefiting from RYC® after my first birth and then using the OSM program during my second pregnancy I saw how pregnancy can be comfortable, birth can be smooth, and the postpartum period can be easier with a few movements and exercises sprinkled throughout the day.
