Congratulations on the growth of your family! My name is Fiona and I am a faith-based birth worker focused on helping women connect with their intuition and body. I support families through their pregnancy/labor as a Childbirth Educator and Birth Doula. I guide families through the immediate postpartum as a Lactation Counsellor and Postpartum Doula. And most recently, I’ve empowered women to reconnect to their wombs through vaginal steaming.
