As a birth doula who has witnessed a few 2 and 3-day-long births. I felt helpless every time wanting to do more for them. Now with this knowledge not only do I feel more prepared for births, but I am also able to prepare my clients in our prenatal. Supporting my clients in stacking as many cards in their favor has been a wonderful part of my journey.
