As a prenatal yoga teacher specializing in childbirth prep and postpartum healing, my desire to become a certified BRM® pro was inspired by the program’s pro-active, evidenced-based approach to preparing for childbirth and postpartum healing. With this deeper understanding of the physiology of childbirth, I provide assessments on your individual movement and unique compensation patterns, offering tools to safely optimize range-of-motion, strength, and resiliency; helping you create balance and space in your body, mind, and spirit.
