As a birth and postpartum doula and childbirth educator, I am compassionate, non-judgmental, and evidence-based. In 2014 and 2017, I gave birth to my two children. Being a college rower and longtime athlete, I thought I was physically prepared for labor, birth, and postpartum recovery. I quickly learned that I would have benefited from an expert’s support in preparing my body for the unique experience of birth. Fast forward to today: I love working with clients on their reproductive journeys to help prep their bodies and minds for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. (And no, you don’t have to be a former college rower :)). I assess alignment and identify compensation patterns in the core, upper body, pelvis, and pelvic floor and co-create goals and a personalized plan to have more COMFORTABLE PREGNANCY, a more EFFICIENT BIRTH, and a SMOOTHER POSTPARTUM RECOVERY.
