I’ve been a mover my whole life. With a background in ballet, physics, Pilates, and kinesiology, I’ve always been able to find the balance between the right and left sides of my brain. That is, until I became pregnant.
For the first time in my life, I was asking my body to do something I couldn’t rehearse for (ballet), couldn’t logic my way out of (physics), and couldn’t train for (Pilates). Then I found BRM and everything clicked into place.
