As a midwife, I am constantly amazed by the beauty and challenges of pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I have been passionate about exercise as a means for healthier pregnancy and birth for as long as I can remember but being trained in Body Ready Method® has given me tools to be specific to each client to prevent and address complications. Every appointment with my clients includes creating a plan for physical and mental exercises to achieve the best birth they can have. I practice in a small hospital and birthing center and have begun teaching the nursing staff some of the key positions for labor. One strong mama is creating a movement in the birthing world and I am excited to be a part of it!
