Linda Tan

For the last 16 years, I’ve had a special passion for birth, bodywork, and babies. I’m a Birth and Postpartum Doula as well as an Aqua and Myofascial Release Therapist, Prenatal Pilates, and Yoga teacher, and swim coach.

I strongly believe in supporting mothers throughout the entire journey of pregnancy, birth, and post-birth. It’s been an incredible privilege to be part of so many mothers’ birthing journeys and to provide ongoing postpartum support and fitness coaching. To further my training, I took Spinning Babies courses and joined the Body Ready Method®, which has enabled me to offer women more comprehensive physiological support.
