I have been teaching yoga for the past decade and in the last 4 years adding prenatal yoga to my journey where my prenatal class encompassed modifying poses or exercises for the physical body alongside breathing techniques and meditation to calm the mind. However, I felt there was a component that was missing and in my research on the virtual world, I stumbled upon one strong mama prenatal. Lindsay’s explanations clarify how to better prepare for birth, any kind of birth. I did not hesitate to take the BRM® training when it was offered.
I am a mum of 2 girls (5 and 7). I have started to sprinkle a few concepts and exercises learned from BRM® training with my girls and hopefully would be able to share and teach them fully when the time comes in the future (if ever they choose to be pregnant).
My consistency, enthusiasm for sharing all the knowledge I have acquired so far, and being empathetic have helped me relate better to my past and current clients which in turn has contributed to many successful relationships with them. I am confident to say so because they then recommend me to their friends, family, and surroundings.
