As a birth doula, my intention is to help my clients feel comfortable, confident, and at ease from conception to postpartum. I provide my clients with evidence-based, nonjudgmental, physical and emotional support, and a loving, calming presence.
What brings me the most joy in doing this work are the relationships formed, understanding my client’s needs and goals, and supporting them to get there. I’m a mom to two little girls, a former collegiate volleyball player, and coach, and a certified yoga teacher. Functional movement and training have been a part of my life for quite some time and are at the heart of what our family does.
My husband and I own a small training facility in North Andover that offers group fitness classes, personal training, and athlete development. I love how there is so much crossover between training and my work as a doula, and the Body Ready Method connected the dots in many ways. It’s an amazing program and I’m so excited to be able to incorporate the education and tools to better serve my clients.
