I have been a doula and antenatal educator for nearly 20 years and was getting frustrated at how many women were experiencing difficult or traumatic labor. Then I discovered biomechanics in birth and was so excited to have another tool to help women safely birth their babies.

I qualified as a BRM^® pro in March 2023, and am now really looking forward to putting all this incredible knowledge into action, to enable more women to achieve the birth they want.
