I qualified in Osteopathic and Naturopathic Medicine and modern Acupuncture in 2005 and have been a full-spectrum doula for 17 years. I teach biomechanic techniques to other birth workers and studied in the 2022 BRM^® cohort to further my knowledge and experience in this field.

I can support individuals in person or online for antenatal, birth, and postnatal. I live aboard a narrowboat so can move around the country to be near to where you are birthing. I offer a free consultation via Zoom to see if I might be the right support for you so please do get in touch.
