I believe that each birth holds the potential to be truly transformative. As a doula, childbirth educator, and BRM® Pro, I hope to uniquely support families through the journey of meeting their babies. I provide a calm and anchoring presence, supporting birthing families without judgment, each family gets to write their own story.
I am passionate about helping families feel more educated, supported, and confident in their pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Culturally many pregnant people hear the message that they will have to suffer through their pregnancy and birth but I don’t believe that message. Pregnant people can build awareness, connection, and strength in their pregnancy, supporting their body and mind for not just birth but the rest of their lives. My goal is to meet families where they are and provide specific BRM® tools to support them in their journey!
