Being a strong believer of movement is medicine, I veer towards functional movement and teach hatha , LYT yoga, and Pilates with pre and postnatal yoga & Pilates. My quest to learn more to soundly support my pre and postnatal client’s journey lead me to BRM and to certify as a BRM® Pro. As a BRM Pro, I believe in equipping my clients for a more functional pregnancy and therefore an efficient birthing process through intelligent movement, modifications, and assessments.
