I am a mom to five wonderful children and love supporting women on their journey to motherhood as their birth doula. As a doula, my goal is for every woman to feel heard, respected, and confident in her birthing preferences. I believe the best support is one that involves clear information before you give birth, open communication about available choices, believing in your own empowerment, and providing comfort/techniques throughout your pregnancy, labor and delivery.
