Episode 27 3/19/2021
with Lindsay McCoy and Lauren Ohayon
Optimal fetal positioning is the idea that there are positions that the baby can find in utero that are easier (and more difficult) for the labor process. Should you worry about your baby’s position? When should you worry? And what can you actually do? In this episode Lindsay discusses hyper-vigilance, how to stop putting out fires at the birth, and how we can stack the cards for a boring, straightforward birth!
Lindsay McCoy has worked with hundreds of families as both a childbirth educator and a birth doula. She believes that pregnant people deserve to feel strong, beautiful and empowered through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. She is passionate about giving pregnant people the tools to have easier pregnancies, births, and recoveries and looks forward to working with you to offer this to your clients.
Lauren Ohayon is a movement specialist and an internationally recognized Yoga + Pilates teacher. She specializes in core and pelvic floor health.
