Ryann Kipping is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Lactation Educator. She has helped hundreds of women escape confusing and outdated nutrition information to find a happy, feel-good pregnancy. Simply put, advice to “take a prenatal vitamin” is not enough.
