OSM is the best program specifically designed to prepare for your body to move through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. There is a wealth of information in the program and the works outs are well-done and easy to scale up or down depending on your needs. Not only can it help you help stronger and better in pregnancy but it can create space and balance which can greatly ease birth.
